FACTS:  Client was convicted of multiple felony and misdemeanor counts of possessing weapons on educational property.  

RESULT ON POST-CONVICTION: Convictions reversed and charges dismissed due to ineffective assistance of counsel and violation of Client’s constitutional right to equal-protection.
