FACTSClient was convicted of two counts of drug trafficking, sale of a controlled substance, and possession with intent to sell or deliver a controlled substance. The client was sentenced to 153 to 210 months of imprisonment. 

RESULT ON APPEALSentences vacated due to the State’s unconstitutional suppression of exculpatory evidence, and the client received a 50% reduction in their sentence.
